Should not be called Infant-its toddler size at best  
My husband and I ordered this helmet since we bike a lot. It was the only one we could find that would supposedly fit our baby. She is nine months. I like it because it is cute and light weight. BUT... the straps that go around her head are ONLY attached to the helmet by VELCRO. Hmm- dont think this is really safe!!!!! It might fit a two year old but does NOT fit our nine month old. Perfect first helmet!  
We got this helment for our 2-year-old for her birthday along with a Strider bike. It fits her 19-inch head perfectly and there is room to grow. My daughter loves the bunnies. The only downside is that the straps are a little difficult to adjust and always seem a little twisted. (May just be me. :) ) The helmet itself however is very simple to adjust. Great buy! Falls apart  
Helmet seems to have a good system to adjust the helmet size; unfortunately after a mere 4 months of usage the foam sleeve with which the adjustment ring is fastened to the helmet fell apart (it is flimsy). As a consequence the adjustment ring floats around in the helmet and the helmet can no longer be adjusted -- and can no longer be used. : 2010-09-16 02:48:04

OK helmet  
I think it is a cute helmet but I would have been better off bringing my daughter somewhere to try one on. It is not comfortable we have tried adjusting it but our daughter screams when she wears it. When we loosen it it falls over her eyes and she cries even more. I would try on for a toddler. : 2010-09-16 02:48:04
